What to Expect on Picture Day

Most often Picture Day is the Full Dress Rehearsal for your performance or Event. This gives your group the best opportunity to capture every member of the cast and crew EXACTLY as they will be costumed and made up for performance.

1. Your photographer(s) will arrive with at least an hour to spare before curtain.
2. We ask that someone (preferably the person who has been the contact with SSP) be prepared to spend 10 to 15 minutes helping the photographers get oriented to the space and providing any information that they will need to be successful. Paying close attention to the special needs of performers in this situation, whatever they may be, is very important to me.
