Pricing and Extras

My pricing is designed to work with your groups budget. High Quality photos should not be a burden on the performers or detract from the budget of your organizations project. You will have full access to all the edited shots from your shoot day and full rights to use them as your group likes. I will not hold usage rights to the photos captive although I do retain the copyright and I may use photos for marketing purposes.

As far as price, it is easy to make this a cost effective benefit to your cast members.
My basic package is based on the number of performers taking part in your project.

To start I charge a minimum $125.00 for any project. If you have a cast of 5 that is $25 per performer. After the minimum pricing is met the following schedule applies:
6 to 10 cast members is an additional $25 per person. (10 member cast = $250)
11 to 20 add $20 per person. (20 member cast = $450)
21 to 40 add $10 per person. (40 member cast = $650)
each additional cast member up to 100 add $5 each (100 member cast = $950)
101 to infinity $1000.

*Cast Doubling which requires multiple day shooting is negotiable. In other words, it depends on what is required to complete the job. If your group has double cast the entire show it will have to cost more than if the doubling was just a few ensemble members. That said I will find a way to cover the entire event, even if I have to take photos from the audience during a performance.

How each client handles the cost of the photos is, of course, to be determined by the leadership of your group. I can only recommend that the cost be evenly divided amongst all members of the cast. This can easily be handled by including this cost within any participation fees or tuition.

THE EXTRAS:
If you have a very large production, it may make sense to add a second photographer. This is totally at the discretion of the group. The fee for this is 30% of the original price with a minimum of $125.00.
A Full Cast Photo is a nice parting gift for the cast and crew. The fee would be $50.00 for a cast up to 20, $75.00 up to 50, $125.00 51 to infinity. The difficulty of this shot climbs exponentially as the size of the group grows. We can offer the cast an option of a photo print as well (costs will vary)
A Portrait Station is a great option for the cast to have full Costume and Make-up portraits done. This is something like a manned photo booth. It requires that your group have a space (a lobby perhaps) away from the stage, for the set up. It also, usually, requires a separate photographer. The cost for this is negotiable depending on cast size.

*Deposits are required for most situations but, I am flexible. I know, from experience, that most of the budget to pay the bills won’t be available until after the show closes.
